Entech Staffing is searching for a unique individual to join our team as a 1st Shift CNC Team Lead . This is not your typical supervisory role - we're looking for a working supervisor , a leader who can jump in and get things done while providing guidance and support to the team.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and participate in all aspects of 1st shift production

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Train and mentor team members on machine operations and best practices

Troubleshoot production issues and identify solutions

Read and interpret schematics to maintain and repair equipment (knowledge of CNC a must)

Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (CNC experience preferred)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
