HOURS:
- 5:45 AM to 6 PM
- 5:45 PM to 6 AM
Days
- 2 day on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Operates lift truck throughout shift, proficiently driving backward and maintaining visual direction of travel
- Performs routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance (battery cleaning/recharging)
- Inspects products for damage or contamination
- Stores products safely in proper locations
- Stages outbound products according to requirements
- Empties waste bins into appropriate receptacles
- Transports materials between warehouse, trailers, and production lines
- Operates lifting devices (forklifts, lift beams, hoists, elevating platforms)
- Secures materials for transport to designated areas
- Manually loads/unloads materials from pallets and platforms
- Operates powered air-supplied respirator for cleaning
- Maintains department cleanliness
- Attends scheduled shifts reliably
- Follows safety and security standards
- Performs additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Attendance: Works required schedule punctually; available for overtime during busy periods
- Communication: Communicates effectively in writing and verbally; follows instructions
- Mathematics: Performs basic math with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Language: Identifies letters/numbers; reads documents (receivers, invoices, instructions, manuals); reads/writes simple sentences
- Interpersonal: Works effectively with diverse teams; builds relationships with customers, coworkers, and management
- Productivity: Meets/exceeds production guidelines; works independently
- Documentation: Completes paperwork accurately; properly counts, documents, and scans units
- Quality Control: Verifies paperwork for correct product delivery; inspects product condition
- Work Habits: Organized, accountable, accurate, adaptable, autonomous
- Safety: Identifies and corrects unsafe conditions
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Two years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Basic computer/tablet skills and hand-held radio operation
- Forklift Certification preferred (must complete Holman's forklift certification program)
