Labcorp is searching for a growth-oriented, commercially minded, hands-on leader to serve as Vice President & General Manager (VP / GM) for the Mid America subdivision in the Denver subdivision. The Denver sub-division includes Minnesota, Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Kansas. The VP / GM will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to effectively lead and grow a diverse organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The VP / GM will lead an organization of over 500 people, both direct and indirect reporting lines, to drive employee engagement, strategic growth and operating goals of the business.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Health Systems and Mid-America, the VP / GM will lead a $300m P&L. The successful candidate should have 10 years of clinical diagnostics, life sciences or healthcare sales / operational leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have prior P&L management of at least $100M (preferred), sales leadership experience, and business & market development strategic acumen.

Pay Range : $230,000 - $325,000, with bonus and equity
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and / or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
