**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of major accounts, consisting of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and supporting supply chain Tiers (1-4), to drive revenue growth through the development and closure of various business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel (VP & C level) in assigned and new accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on transactional and R&D project accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account action plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or a min of 4 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the position.
- Five to seven years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment within material testing and/or mining and metals industry.
- High technical aptitude combined with equally balanced business acumen.
- Presentation skills required: confidently present LTI's products and services to any size group using prepared material or on the fly.
