Who We’re Looking For
As a key member of the Finance team, the Accounts Payable Specialist will perform and support all aspects of accounts payable in a dynamic, fast-paced medical device company, operating under general supervision.
About The Role
- Process high-volume purchase order and non-purchase order invoices in multiple languages and currencies, ensuring proper coding, approval, and compliance with VAT requirements and company policies.
- Manage payment processing (ACH transfers, wire payments, checks) and ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining vendor relationships and coordinating payment schedules.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions, resolve discrepancies, and monitor and maintain accurate AP files and records for completeness, assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support accounts payable automation, audit employee expense reports in Concur, and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline processes and handle ad-hoc projects.
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a Global company.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accounts payable in multiple languages (French, German, Dutch) and currencies.
- Experience with SAP.
