Job Summary
The Workforce Specialist will be responsible for calling prospective clients who have a need for unskilled labor, describing LABR’s service offerings, and closing new sales.
Essential Functions
- Conduct outbound sales calls
- Field inbound sales calls when prospects contact LABR
- Accurately update LABR’s CRM to record all sales activity
- Work closely with Client Services to facilitate client onboarding

Education and Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation

This is a full-time or part-time position Monday to Friday with no weekends. Days and hours are flexible with work-from-home potential.
