Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, particularly Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, and be able to work on various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. The TIG Welder will be responsible for performing high-quality welds while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other materials as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to understand project requirements.
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper calibration and safety measures are in place.
- Inspect and prepare materials for welding, ensuring precision and accuracy in the welds.
- Operate grinders, saws, and other related tools for metal preparation and finishing.
- Monitor and adjust welding parameters to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain clean work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Perform quality checks and inspections of completed welds, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear protective equipment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet project deadlines.
