Your Key Focus Areas
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on digital transformation journey.
- Align business and IT strategies to optimize technology investments, ensuring best practices that enhance customer and employee experiences.
- Redefine IT capabilities and mature IT operations to support business growth and resilience.
- Develop and execute a "people roadmap" to upskill and evolve our technology teams in alignment with our people-first culture.
- Drive innovation and establish clear, strategic decision-making frameworks for our technology roadmap, balancing priorities with capacity and delivery excellence.
- Implement robust portfolio and project management methodologies, balancing strategic initiatives, operational projects, and essential IT functions.
- Implement and manage IT governance frameworks, IT policies and procedures.
- Enhance technology performance, scalability, and reliability, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Develop and oversee an enterprise architecture framework that aligns IT capabilities with business objectives while standardizing technology guidelines.
- Advance our security operations by strengthening security assessments, incident response protocols, vulnerability management, and employee security awareness.
- Partner with strategic vendors to refine and execute our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and career growth.
- Own and manage the technology budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility while optimizing IT investments and vendor partnerships.
- Collaborate with the BI team to evolve our data and analytics strategy, ensuring strong data governance and quality standards.
- 15 years of experience delivering IT initiatives across diverse domains, including infrastructure, data, and business applications. Retail and eCommerce experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, data analytics, digital technologies, and business applications.
- Proven ability to design IT functions, build strong capabilities, and lead teams with a people-first approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
- A strong track record of driving business, cultural, and technological change in fast-moving, complex environments.
- A growth mindset—curious, adaptable, and hands-on—willing to embrace challenges, solve problems, and make a tangible impact.
