What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at LabX Media Group?
Technology Networks (a LabX Media Group Company) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a small but vibrant sales team.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and will be expected to have excellent communication skills as well as possessing good computer skills {MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint}.

EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of experience in sales support preferably in publishing, digital media, or a related industry
- Experience with digital and print advertising operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on ad placements and campaign performance is an asset
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing results sheets to clients across several promotions that Technology Networks offer, specifically being the point of contact for all email campaigns, video, and webinar results
- Assisting the sales team by prospecting new leads for Editorial Calendar sponsorships
- Uploading content to the Technology Networks website (products, banners, videos, supplier hub pages)
- Updating leads sheet for the Sales team
- Maintaining client communication
- Data cleansing
- Creating client media plans to execute customer programs
This position is available within the UK Head Office. This position is open to all candidates who are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
