We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, and drive business process improvements across multiple corporate entities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support corporate goals and long-term growth.
- Oversee accounting operations across multiple corporate entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain an effective system of accounting records, financial controls, and risk mitigation policies.
- Conduct internal audits and oversee consignee account reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, financial schedules, and management reports.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve financial processes and enhance business efficiencies.
- Identify and implement business process improvements, including automation and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-level managerial accounting or financial leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in QuickBooks and Excel is required.
- Proven ability to manage financial risk, audits, and multi-entity accounting operations.
- Experience in process improvement, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with high-growth companies, M&A, or private equity-backed businesses is a plus.
