Platform Fixed Operations Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Fixed Operations Director to oversee Parts and Service operations across all 12 LAcarGUY dealerships. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing multi-rooftop operations, preferably in the Southern California or Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

The Platform Fixed Operations Director oversees the efficient operation of the dealership's service and parts departments, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational success. Key responsibilities include :

• Driving departmental productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
• Managing costs, client retention, employee relations, sales goals, and service / parts records.
• Ensuring customer experiences meet or exceed the manufacturer's satisfaction index.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative processes and high-quality service.
• Building strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturers.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strategically managing department assets to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

Candidates must have lived and worked in the Southern California market, preferably the Los Angeles area. We do not consider out-of-state or out-of-area candidates and do not offer relocation.
