WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:
As a Customer Service Rep - Office Admin, you'll work a full-time schedule between Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday. You'll be the friendly voice answering customer inquiries, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Your responsibilities also include efficiently scheduling service appointments and dispatching our skilled technicians to provide plumbing solutions. You'll maintain meticulous customer records, ensuring that billing and invoicing processes run smoothly. Collaboration is key as you work closely with our field technicians to provide timely updates to our valued customers. You'll also play a crucial role in obtaining permits for specific jobs, ensuring that our projects run seamlessly. Your expertise in booking leads and delivering exceptional service to our clients is instrumental in our success!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - OFFICE ADMIN:
- Client service experience
- Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a lot of patience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in computer applications is a bonus
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse clientele
- Dispatching experience
