Sale Associate

Laced Up is seeking knowledgeable Sales Associates who can help build customer relationships and drive sales in our streetwear and sneaker marketplace. As a Sales Associate, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service while supporting merchandising and product flow. You will also be accountable for delivering on all aspects of our stockroom standard operating procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• $15/hr 1% Commission
• Create a fun and energetic environment for customers while delivering exceptional service
• Understand and contribute to daily sales goals
• Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of sneakers, streetwear, and accessories in the secondary marketplace
• Support superior standards of store cleanliness and store safety
• Act by company policies and procedures at all times
• Maintain stockroom standard operating procedures to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise, props, supplies, and fixtures to maximize sales and productivity
• Support, understand and follow Laced Up standards to maximize merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have 1 years of retail or customer service experience in a related field
• You have basic computer skills
• You are capable of performing all basic store-related physical activities
• You can demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with managers, other team members, and customers
• You exhibit a strong passion and knowledge of streetwear and sneakers
• You have flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holiday
