AGENCY DIRECTOR .......LACOLE'S HEAL & TOUCH HOME CARE LLC is a non-profit organization that provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and dedicated individual to join our team as the Activities Director.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise activities of daily living and social programs.
- Supervise activities of community service providers.
- Ensure that all staff members are complying with program requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction for all activities at the facility.
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff in the development of skills, planning activities, and providing supervision during program implementation.

- Maintain accurate records for social services, activities, assessments, reports, etc. in accordance with state regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss program operations and make suggestions for improvements.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings to discuss overall facility operations and goals.
- Attend all required staff meetings as required by state regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Director or Program Manager.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a direct service setting (preferred). Experience working in a residential setting preferred but not required. Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with occasional weekend hours required. Must be able to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
