Business Partner of Collections Agency

This job position is for a candidate that is willing and able to catch a ball and take off running into the end zone for a touch down.

A candidate that is well versed on the ins and out of the collection business, how to solicit for business clients, how to build a team of talent to find and negotiate repayment from debtors, must know skip tracing, must have management experience.

I would like to hand you an already built Collections Agency that is licensed and registered in Georgia. You'll be working remotely but you have access to our brick and mortar offices, conference rooms or work spaces as needed. Also a limited supporting budget for a limited period to assist candidate with getting SCA self operational under his/her leadership.

The right candidate will be given and become responsible for an already built Collections Agency to manage, run and grow. As such, compensation will be profit sharing as a 49% new owner of the business.

Responsibilities

• Solicit Business Clients and Collection Contracts
• Identify talent and build the team of talent necessary to accomplish tasks
• Manage and run entire business and operations
• Ensure SCA manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Ensure SCA provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure SCA utilize financial software for account analysis and reconciliation.
• Ensure SCA negotiate payment plans with clients while adhering to industry collection regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency in collections.
• Ensure SCA maintain accurate records of transactions and communications with clients.
