**Responsibilities:**
The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care, focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
*Assist patients and residents with their ADLs, ensuring dignity and comfort throughout the process.
*Monitor and report changes in patient and residents' condition, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
*Participate in care planning, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop personalized plans.
**Qualifications:**
*Completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
