Janitorial Supervisor

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/week
- 1st Shift: 10AM-6:30PM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) *Plus $250 Sign-on Bonus*
- $18.50-$20.00/hr (based on experience)
Job duties:
Responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of Janitorial operations at customer plant.
- Ensure the customer receives full support by means of productivity and predetermined qualitative objectives
- Develop and maintain full communications with key personnel
- Manage all aspects of the distribution center
- Fostering a positive working environment
- Training and development of personnel
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Conduct analysis of workload compared to manpower and equipment
- Monitor and report site productivity work energies according to established timelines
- Ensure work schedules are in place to promote efficiencies
- Ensure all MHE equipment is operational and properly maintained
- Assist in janitorial tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, long pants while working
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
