About the Role
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality management systems at our Tulare, CA plant. This includes developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, including HACCP and FSSC 22000 programs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities, including training, audits, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in quality assurance or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, and US food regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
