Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified candidate who has broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent. An engineering degree is preferred. Food Industry experience is desired, and packaging lines and dryer processing experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate computer skills, including using Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD to present documents related to any projects. They must be able to work with clients, vendors, and other team members at all levels, learn company and site policies and procedures, and possess interpersonal and team skills to function as a team member and leader.
