Experience managing ammonia refrigeration systems, process hazard analysis, and process safety management.
Solid project management, manufacturing processes, utilities, facilities construction, labor relations, and union experience.
A strong understanding of FDA and OSHA regulations, GMPs, Sanitation, and HACCP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
A proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving results-driven goals.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a focus on quality and attention to detail.
