The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in dairy production and/or food industry
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of GFSI (FSSC 22000 preferred), FDA, USDA, NYS regulations
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the HACCP system and Pre-Requisite Program
- Monitoring and reporting indicators linked to compliance
- Assisting with the creation of training related to the HACCP system
- Delivering training to all site employees
