3-months (full time May 2025 - August 2025)From your PASSION to oursReporting to the Marketing Director, Innovation & Growth Platforms, you will undertake a comprehensive project aimed at supporting the innovation team by gathering and analyzing market insights to frame future opportunities. At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will present their findings and strategic recommendations to the team.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include : Research and compile market data on new products, ingredients, claims / benefits, and packaging formats, with a focus on specific age groups in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and dairy sectors.Investigate both short-term (1-2 years) and long-term (3 years) trends related to generational consumer needs, emerging products, and innovations in ingredients, claims, and packaging.Collaborate with key marketing team members and cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to strategic initiatives.Learning OpportunitiesHands-On ExperienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Category Management, and Market Insights.Support the enhancement of existing innovation concepts and projects within the pipeline.Assist in developing innovation priorities for our brands and impact existing innovation axes.Practical Skills DevelopmentBuild strong analytical skills through data analysis and market trend identification.Develop storytelling skills by transforming data insights into forward-thinking innovation ideas.Gain exposure to Innovation strategy and turn trends into actionable product concepts.Strengthen project management skills through hands-on experience in managing innovation initiatives.Professional GrowthEnhance strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business impact of innovation, from ideation to product launch.Contribute to the development and execution of innovation strategies.From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following : Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong passion for marketing, product innovation, and consumer trends.Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.Ready to bring your passion, expertise, and story to our team?
