The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst is responsible for key functions including customer strategy and planning, sales forecasting, trade management and ROI analysis, business operations, and data evaluation. This role supports strategic decision-making by analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
The RGM Analyst works closely with sales leadership, field sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with the company's goals and values. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in this role.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include :
- Analyze business performance at the individual account level, measuring progress against growth targets.
- Leverage third-party Trade Promotional Optimization (TPO) tools to develop customer plan scenarios, optimizing everyday pricing, promotional frequency, and depth to maximize ROI for Lactalis US Yogurt (LUSY) brands.
- Utilize Circana's PTA Tool (Retail Channel) and SPINS Price Elasticity Tool (Natural Channel) to assess pricing strategies.
- Evaluate Return on Investment promotional analysis to spot inefficient events dragging down profitability.
- Ensure TPM accuracy by maintaining alignment with customer trade planners and roadmaps; responsible for accurate entry of plans and programs in the GoSimple TPM system.
- Perform incremental investment analysis to ensure additional funding is allocated appropriately.
- Collaborate with account managers to build gross-to-net forecasts, incorporating baselines, promotional lifts, trade funding, and ancillary costs to support plan acceptance and execution at the customer level.
- Develop & deliver ad hoc analysis for internal Lactalis US Yogurt functions, to include Demand Planning, Brand and Sales Finance.
- Oversee planning responsibilities for select Top Grocery, Tier 2 Grocery, and eCommerce customers, accounting for 22% of total LUSY branded gross sales.
