What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing and Influencer Manager position at LactaLogics?
Who we are
At LactaLogics, we’re on a mission to give every baby access to human milk—because when infants receive the right nutrition, it changes everything. We’re a startup building something that has never been done before: a streamlined, scalable way to connect moms with excess breast milk to vulnerable infants who need it most.
We’re launching a first-of-its-kind donor human milk product for hospital NICUs and families across the United States, with human milk-based fortifiers coming very soon. For those who want to join our team, we offer an opportunity to be part of something groundbreaking.
If you’re looking for a job where you can clock in, post a few things on social media, and call it a day—this isn’t it. But if you want to build a brand from the ground up, create campaigns that matter, and be a driving force in a company making a real difference? Keep reading.
What you’ll do
1. Own our social media & content strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Create scroll-stopping content—reels, posts, stories, and videos that connect with millennial and Gen Z moms, lactation consultants, and healthcare professionals
- Build and manage our content calendar, ensuring our messaging is consistent, impactful, and engaging
- Stay ahead of trends in the parenting, baby, and breastfeeding space—and use them to grow our reach
2. Influencer & ambassador partnerships
- Manage a community of influencers, donor moms, and brand advocates who share our mission
- Develop authentic relationships with content creators who can help tell the LactaLogics story in a meaningful way
- Oversee collaborations, contracts, content approvals, and performance tracking for influencer partnerships
3. Growth & analytics
- Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media and influencer campaigns, including engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Experiment with new strategies—paid and organic—to expand our audience
- Test, learn, and iterate—if something isn’t working, you pivot fast
Who you are
- You live and breathe digital marketing. You’re obsessed with social trends, audience engagement, and creating content that resonates

- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Things move quickly here, and you’re ready to dive in and make things happen
- You’re creative and think outside the box. We don’t want to blend in—we want to stand out. Bold, fresh ideas are encouraged
- You’re data-driven. You don’t just post and hope for the best—you analyze, optimize, and improve
- You love to make lists, check things off your list, and get things done. You know that getting it done is better than making it perfect
- You have experience growing and managing influencer partnerships and know how to build authentic brand relationships
