Landscape Foreman

```Duties```
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscaping tasks
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including garden design, irrigation system installation, tree care, and lawn care
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities, such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards
- Monitor inventory of landscaping materials and equipment and coordinate their procurement as needed
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures

```Skills```
- Extensive knowledge and experience in garden design, irrigation systems, tree care, landscape maintenance, and lawn care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to plan and execute landscaping projects within budget and time constraints
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to landscaping

During the off season you will manage a route for snow and ice management. Candidate must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and pass a DOT drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.06 - $27.25 per hour
