Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute landscaping projects according to design plans and specifications.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient project completion.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Address client concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:
