Our managers report to the Area Supervisor. This is a salaried nonexempt position with benefits. Professional Care Technicians, Coordinators / Assistant Manager (if applicable) reports to Manager.
This is a hands-on position, assisting staff and vulnerable adults as needed. Scheduling multi staff, community activities, and more.
A good fit for this role is a compassionate care giver with previous management experience along with the ability to multitask. Have strong communication and computer skills are required to be successful in this role.

Minimum requirements that all candidates must meet:
· Be 18 years of age or older
· Minimum of one-year direct care worker experience
· Minimum of one-year of Managing a care home
· Must be able to meet the physical and behavioral needs of the vulnerable people we support.
· Be able to perform all duties essential to the health, safety and well-being of the people we support.
· Be compassionate, caring and understanding
· Pass a criminal background check Expungement Assistance (michigan.gov)
· Valid driver’s license preferred, possible options for those without a driver license and working on getting a license
· Pass a physical exam and TB test
· Must complete all required training. We provide paid on the job training necessary for this job, such as CPR/First Aid, Mandt, and much more.
· Provide three-character references
· Be able to work any day of the week; including Saturday, Sunday and holidays as necessary.
· Maintain confidentiality following all HIPPA and Hitech Security laws
