What You’ll Need Do To Be Successful
- Get more people through our doors—at least 10 new customers per week.
- Help customers discover pieces they’ll love and increase their purchases from an average of 1.79 items to 2.5 per order.
- Boost our ADS 5% in year 1 and 10% in year 2.
- Develop a post-purchase process that the entire team can follow. This process will outline exactly what a salesperson needs to do daily and weekly to build authentic relationships with clients. You’ll create a structured system, communicated via text, that ensures every customer receives consistent, thoughtful follow-up, keeping them engaged and excited about coming back.
- Keep track of your sales numbers and use them to improve (we’ll celebrate your wins!).
- Work with the team to create a seamless, stress-free shopping experience.
Who You Are
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience (retail is a plus, but not a must).
- Numbers don’t scare you—you like having goals and hitting them.
- You love talking to people and making their day better.
- You have an existing clientbook and are excited about introducing your customers to something new.
- You’re great at spotting what a customer needs and helping them find it.
- You’re all about sustainability and want to be part of something meaningful.
