• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Develop product specifications and requirements.
• Manage product lifecycle and make recommendations for product improvements.
• Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and sales.
• Promotions : Plan and execute promotional events and activities.
• Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail locations.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Customer Experience : Enhance the in-store customer experience through effective merchandising and layout optimization.
• Budget Management : Manage marketing and operational budgets effectively.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to achieve company goals.
