Duties :
The applicant shall teach therapeutic music modalities to able-bodied personnel and those
individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
The applicant will conduct the music therapy clinic in conjunction with the Program Staff.
The applicant must have the ability to teach the following topics : increase auditory awareness, music as a catalyst for relaxation, music as a medium for non-verbal expression, music as a catalyst to decrease isolation and depression / stress / anxiety related to mental health diagnosis while ensuring overall patient safety.
Qualification / Education :
Contractor employees shall hold current First Aid and CPR certifications.
