Job title : Youth Coordinator
Location : Joint Base MDL, NJ

Duties :
- The applicant shall provide and coordinate a youth program in accordance with the guidelines set.
- The applicant shall assess needs for the youth program with the Chaplain Corps leadership and in consult with the Protestant Advisory Council.
- The applicant shall direct the youth ministry program, recruit volunteers, procure necessary materials and supplies, train volunteer staff as needed and supervise this year-round activity.
- The applicant shall organize youth group for Jr High and Senior High students, as well as their discipleship classes; recruit volunteer teachers, substitutes, and other necessary staff; trains teachers and substitutes; and provide workshops as required.
- Th applicant shall organize at least 3 outreach events annually for teens not involved in the chapel program. Includes a music program as part of the chapel youth group, as resources exist.
- The applicant shall provide orientation for new volunteer staff members in facilities, funding, religious education policies, and available resources.
