Duties

- Prepare the deceased for viewing by performing necessary tasks such as sanitizing, embalming, and cosmetology.
- Provide bereavement support to families, guiding them through the grieving process and assisting with any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to offer appropriate merchandise options to families.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each service provided.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and industry regulations.
- Manage the transportation of the deceased and coordinate with cemeteries or crematories as needed.
- Assist in heavy lifting during the preparation and transportation of remains.
