Lady Dahlia, a trendy and upscale modern mexican restaurant & tequila bar in downtown Mount Prospect is looking to hire a Lead Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of bar operations.
This is a full-time position, with the option to work either 4 or 5 evening shifts per week.

Responsibilities
* Creating and maintaining a high standard of customer service
* Developing and implementing cocktail menus
* Hire, train, and develop new and existing bar team members
* Managing inventory and ordering supplies
* Overseeing cleanliness of the bar
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender
* Previous management experience a plus, but not required
* Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology (tequila knowledge a plus)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
