Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office & also running errands on an ”as needed“ basis in the company vehicle.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering inquiries
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle front desk duties including answering phones and directing calls
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
-dispatching /proofing jobs daily
-running errands/getting parts/etc etc
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
-must have a drivers license and clean driving record
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
