Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of our practice, warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and manage the phone system effectively
- Schedule appointments and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience by addressing inquiries and concerns with compassion
- Maintain and manage patient records with impeccable attention to accuracy and detail
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction
- Handle insurance verifications and claims processing efficiently
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a general dental office (preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in dental software systems (Softdent or Eaglesoft preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- A compassionate and welcoming demeanor when interacting with patients
