With 14 locations in the Bay Area, our mission is to deliver exceptional oral health to each patient through cutting-edge technology and premium care.
Pay : From $25ph-$40ph
Location : Oakland, CA
Hours : 7.40am - 4.40pm, Monday - Thursday
Duties and responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive, friendly atmosphere
- Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments or book future appointments
- Present financial arrangements to patients
- Build a schedule for the office and obtain production goals
- Maintain patient records and update information on Dentrix
- Ensure office is tidy, presentable, and welcoming
- Be the primary point of contact for your office and between your clinical staff
- Reach weekly and quarterly goals
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required
