The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage various tasks efficiently while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties : Greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel and maintaining a positive first impression of the organization.
- Communication Management : Answer and route incoming calls, responding to inquiries and relaying messages accurately and promptly.
- Scheduling and Coordination : Manage appointments and meetings, coordinating schedules for staff and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Administrative Support : Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service : Address client needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Salary : $26 - $30 per hour
