Full Job Description
- Monitor clinic schedule for arrival of patients and retrieve patient from lobby after check-in is complete in a fast-paced medical office.
- Perform urine drug screens, while analyzing markers for a compliant specimen
- Accurately complete a lab requisition for each patient
- Input accurate information into electronic health record
- Communicate with providers in confirming UDS orders
- Work with front office staff to regulate patient flow for lab
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Display respectful and caring attitude towards patients at all times.
- Function at the highest level of customer service, compassion and professionalism.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary changes.
- Other tasks as needed by Providers and Manager.
