Service / Parts Manager Position – Stable Company
For 5 decades, Lafferty’s Home Center has been your appliance and furniture expert in the Texarkana area with friendly and knowledgeable service. We are committed to selling top name brands like Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Maytag, Jenn-Air, GE Café, La-Z-Boy and Mayo plus many more.
Because of our unprecedented growth, we’re looking for a Service Manager that’s smart and can do a lot of different things.
How You Work
· You are a highly organized and detailed-oriented person.
· You enjoy problem solving, looking for solutions.
· You are a great communicator: written, text, informal presentations, phone and in person. People enjoy working with you.
· You can make things happen. When you say it’s taken care of, IT IS.
What You Will Do
· Work with Service Technicians
· Create relationships with Parts Vendors
· Communicating with manufacturers field service representatives.
· Ordering parts, receiving parts, processing to Technicians
· Work between Office manager and Office staff
· Finding solutions to problems
· Customer relations, answering of issues. Taking their problems away.
