For 5 decades, Lafferty’s Home Center has been your appliance and furniture expert in the Texarkana area with friendly and knowledgeable service. We are committed to selling top name brands like Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Maytag, Jenn-Air, GE Café, La-Z-Boy and Mayo plus many more.
Because of our unprecedented growth, we’re looking for a Facilities Manager that’s smart and can do a lot of different things.
How You Work
· You are a highly organized and detailed-oriented person.
· You enjoy problem solving, looking for solutions.
· You are a great communicator: written, text, informal presentations, phone and in person. People enjoy working with you.
· You can make things happen. When you say it’s taken care of, IT IS.
What You Will Do
· Receive merchandise daily
· Movement of products between different locations.
· Processing received goods to proper channels.
· Work between Sales Staff and routing of deliveries
· Lifting and moving products with machinery
· And other things to do with location of merchandise.
· Prestaging of daily deliveries. And other things associated with warehouse management.
What You Bring
· Knowledge of warehouse control
· Customer service
· Excellent organizational skills with prioritizing daily workload
