 Location: Long Island, NY

 Salary: $100K (Based on Experience) Performance-Based Bonus

Key Responsibilities

 Reverse-Engineering Goals into Execution Plans

✔ Break down company-wide goals into structured quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plans.

✔ Ensure therapist utilization and retention targets are met using data-driven performance tracking.

✔ Lead weekly accountability check-ins with leadership—keeping all areas aligned.


 Data-Driven Decision-Making

✔ Track KPIs and financial metrics to make strategic, informed business decisions.

✔ Ensure therapists, admin staff, and business operations are hitting performance benchmarks.

✔ Identify trends in client retention, therapist performance, and session utilization to optimize revenue.


Compliance, Accountability & Performance Oversight

✔ Implement and enforce Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed.

✔ Ensure therapists meet session count expectations and address underperformance proactively.

✔ Hold all operational and administrative functions accountable to business needs.

 Systems & Process Optimization

✔ Develop scalable, repeatable processes that increase efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.

✔ Ensure systems for therapist tracking, session accountability, and admin efficiency are fully operational.

✔ Work with leadership to streamline operational workflows, remove inefficiencies, and improve profitability.

 Multi-Location Expansion & Scalability

✔ Execute growth strategies for opening and stabilizing new locations.

✔ Develop operational leaders within each location to remove owner dependence.

✔ Establish clear milestones for when a location is considered fully operational.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities


 Base Salary: $100K (DOE)

 Performance-Based Bonus: Based on therapist utilization, business growth, and retention improvements.

 Opportunity to scale with a fast-growing company—this is NOT a static role.

📌 Requirements

✔ 5 years of experience as a Director of Operations, COO, or similar leadership role in a service-based business.

✔ Proven ability to scale multi-location operations.

✔ Strong understanding of financials, KPIs, and performance tracking.

✔ Demonstrated ability to implement accountability structures (PIPs, compliance, performance enforcement).

✔ EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience preferred.

✔ Highly strategic, execution-focused, and data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in product management

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
