Key ResponsibilitiesReverse-Engineering Goals into Execution Plans
✔ Break down company-wide goals into structured quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plans.
✔ Ensure therapist utilization and retention targets are met using data-driven performance tracking.
✔ Lead weekly accountability check-ins with leadership—keeping all areas aligned.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
✔ Track KPIs and financial metrics to make strategic, informed business decisions.
✔ Ensure therapists, admin staff, and business operations are hitting performance benchmarks.
✔ Identify trends in client retention, therapist performance, and session utilization to optimize revenue.
Compliance, Accountability & Performance Oversight
✔ Implement and enforce Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed.
✔ Ensure therapists meet session count expectations and address underperformance proactively.
✔ Hold all operational and administrative functions accountable to business needs.

Systems & Process Optimization
✔ Develop scalable, repeatable processes that increase efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
✔ Ensure systems for therapist tracking, session accountability, and admin efficiency are fully operational.
✔ Work with leadership to streamline operational workflows, remove inefficiencies, and improve profitability.

✔ Execute growth strategies for opening and stabilizing new locations.
✔ Develop operational leaders within each location to remove owner dependence.
✔ Establish clear milestones for when a location is considered fully operational.

✔ EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience preferred.
