MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Wedding Coordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for couples on their special day. You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations to the execution of the event, ensuring that every detail aligns with the couple's vision and expectations.

Duties

• Collaborate with Wedding Coordinator to understand the clients' wedding vision, preferences, and budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless coordination.
• Oversee the setup, breakdown and execution of events to ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or needs during the event.
• Market services through networking and event marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Experience

• Our ideal candidate is a junior or senior in college, or recent college graduate, studying Hospitality and Event management
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management related to event planning.
• Experience in guest services to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
• Knowledge of hotel operations can be beneficial for venue selection and coordination.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cleveland, OH 44113: Relocate before starting work (Required)
