The Role
As a Technical Account Executive , you'll play a crucial role in connecting our platform to our customers' needs. You don't need an engineering degree or years of coding experience, but you do need curiosity, the ability to learn quickly, and a drive to become an expert in Lago's product.
You'll guide customers through their journey-from the first contact to onboarding-helping them unlock the full potential of our platform. Your role will involve simplifying technical concepts, solving problems creatively, and championing Lago's open-source ethos.
What You'll Be Doing
- Become a product expert : Dive into our documentation, learn how Lago works, and use that knowledge to help customers succeed.
- Help customers win : Lead demos, guide proof-of-concepts, and ensure customers see the value of Lago.
- Simplify technical concepts : Break down APIs, integrations, and billing workflows into clear, actionable steps for customers.
- Own and drive your tasks : Take full responsibility for your work, from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
- Collaborate with excellence : Work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent open source : Show customers why Lago's open-source approach gives them control, transparency, and a better way to scale their business.
