- Experience supporting and working with hardware and software in a Windows and Chromebook environment.
- Experience working with iPads.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Meraki MDM.
- Familiarity with Google Admin Console.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Knowledge of Chromebook and Windows setup, operation, and minor repair.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment and related furniture up to 50 lbs.
- Machine installation and configuration.
- Imaging of desktops and laptops using SCCM.
- Perform maintenance on computers, printers and projectors.
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware including but not limited to laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, iPads and printers.
- Various other technology support as related and needed to support the Technology Department as directed by the Technology Manager.
- Preparation of mobile device carts; including cable management, device labeling and organization.
- Conduct systematic maintenance checks of network and workstations.
- Install and maintain hardware and software.
- Supervise the maintenance of all technology equipment in all buildings and provide service if possible for minor repairs to the equipment and the networks.
- Generate an inventory of all equipment used in the various buildings.
