What are the responsibilities and job description for the Babysitter/Nanny position at Laguna Baby Collective?
We are currently seeking Professional, Compassionate, Skilled, and Experienced Sitters for our clients. Our ideal candidates are CPR and First Aid certified, Trustline registered or willing to complete the process, with a minimum of 1 years of verified experience working with children, perfect background check.
We require sitters who are willing to take shifts over the weekend, evenings, hotels, events, with a minimum commitment of four hours. If you are passionate about working with children and supporting busy families, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Prepare meals and snacks, catering to dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
