Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using an excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and services, as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company. Your typical day will consist of speaking with customers who have purchased machines from the company and need technical service help.

- Provide professional support via phone and e-mail to customers.
- Provide timely and accurate information on incoming customer inquiries and product knowledge requests.
- Complete all documentation required for call and service.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High volume of call center experience.
- Minimum of two years troubleshooting experience in a Customer Service or production environment.
- Strong phone customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good experience in reading manuals and blueprints preferred.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with customers in a positive, calm manner.
- Computer literate and excellent written communication.
- Must be able to speak and read English.
