Lahontan provides a world class golf experience for  its 350 members and their guests. Opened in 1998, the Tom Weiskopf designed course is a  paradise of sweeping fairways, stunning vistas, mature trees, and challenges for every level of  golfer. Experience Required 

PGA of America - Minimum of Associate Status 

Essential Responsibilities 

Assist in the management of the Golf Operation to provide an unsurpassed experience for  members and their guests by performing the following duties personally or collaboratively.  Other duties may be assigned. 

• Promote the Game of golf, while displaying honesty, integrity, and fairness through your  actions 

• Tournament Operations 

• Club fitting 

• Management of the Player Services Staff 

• Accurately managing tee time reservations and event signups 

• Golf Shop sales 

• Inventory Control 

• Golf Instruction 

• Jr. and Ladies Clinics 

• Caddie program management 

• Starting and Marshaling 

• Weekly game organization and operation 

• Golf cart fleet management

• Ensure that the desires and needs of club members and their guests are consistently  exceeded 

Qualifications

Compensation Breakdown 

• Hourly Wage: $30.00/hour 

• Other Income 

▪ Employee Appreciation Fund: $1400 - $1800 

▪ Anticipated Lesson Income: $2500 - $5000
