What You’ll Do
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all food and beverage services across Lahontan Golf Club, including:
- The Lodge, Camp Lahontan, the Turn Building, the Starter Pavilion, the Boat House, and off-site catering services at member residences.
- Drive innovation in menu curation, beverage programs, and service strategies to create unforgettable dining experiences.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, oversee procurement, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
- Cultivate and lead a team of high-performing managers, chefs, and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Engage with members, anticipate their needs, and ensure that every meal, event, and gathering is truly exceptional.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, maintaining an impeccable reputation.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 5-10 years in luxury food & beverage operations (private club, resort, or fine-dining hospitality preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred or a combination of education and experience.
- Leadership: Proven success in managing and mentoring high-performing teams. ● Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue growth. ● Culinary & Beverage Knowledge: Passion for food, wine, and mixology, with sommelier level expertise preferred.
- Member & Guest Experience: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to world class service.
