Position Overview :
Employment Type : Full-time
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays
Compensation : $50,000 - $80,000 annually, plus commission
Location : Ford and Mazda team at Laird Noller Companies
Job Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction : Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
Documentation : Record customer vehicle concerns and write detailed repair orders, describing problems and necessary repairs.
Communication : Translate customer repair concerns to technicians and ensure clear communication between both parties.
Customer Explanation : Explain the repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
Cost and Time Estimation : Estimate the cost and time required for repairs.
Sales : Sell necessary parts and services to customers.
Customer Service : Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Repair Orders : Close repair orders after work is completed.
Customer Satisfaction : Maintain a strong focus on achieving 5-star customer satisfaction ratings.
