The Laird Noller Companies are looking to add a Service Advisor to our Ford team. Laird Noller Companies are the longest standing family-owned, award-winning dealerships, and are looking to grow our team. Team members assist the dealership in its efforts to achieve the highest-level of customer satisfaction through proper repair procedures, attitudes, and communication.
Employment Type : Full-time
Hours : Monday-Friday
Compensation : $50,000-$80,000 salary range commission
Requirements : 1 year of relevant Service Advisor experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities of the position may include :
1 : Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments 2 : Recording customer vehicle concerns 3 : Writing repair orders and descriptions of problems and repairs 4 : Translating customer repair concerns to technicians 5 : Explaining repairs to the customer 6 : Estimating the cost and time needed for the repairs 7 : Selling necessary parts and service 8 : Handling customer complaints 9 : Closing repair orders 10. 5 STAR customer satisfaction
